MILLENNIUM DANCE COMPETITION
May 8,9,10,and 11th. 2003
Rebecca Cohn, Dalhousie Sub and the Dunn.
4 Teacher's from Nova Dance Studio Competed on May 8th. Andrea Stout, Ashley Bartlett, Amy Lonergan and Brittanie Bowers won the Silver medal in the Pro-Am category for their group dance entitled, All Eyes On Me".
Andrea and Brittanie also walked away with the Bronze medal for their duet, "Shackles" in the same category. Both dances were featured in Nova Dance Studio's Spring Showcase at the McInnes Room and at the Chester Playhouse.

BALLET EXAMINATIONS
May 4th
Studio 2 in Chester
National Examiner and Past President of the Canadian Dance Teachers' Association, Jacqueline Wright, conducted the Grades One, Two and Three Ballet Examinations.
All students had impressive results, a number of whom attained the highest standing possible.
The examiner complimented our school saying that we exemplified a model of how examinations should be presented.

Chester Basin and Area
Dancers from Nova Dance Studio were featured in the May Fest Opening Ceremony at the Chester Basin Legion on Friday, May 2nd.
